二 |          02          “第一议题”学习           随后，全体党员教师认真开展“第一议题”的学习，深入学习习近平对社会工作作出的重要指示精神、对新时代马克思主义理论研究和建设工程作出的重要指示精神、在视察信息支援部队时强调的重要讲话精神、在考察湖北时的重要讲话精神、研究部署党风廉政建设和反腐败工作会议精神，学习李干杰在党员队伍建设工作座谈会上强调的重要讲话精神，持续学习省市区重要会议精神。深刻领会其核心要义与实践要求，认识到要发挥党建引领作用，创新治理方式，构建共建共治共享的管理格局，明确党员的先锋模范责任，增强为教育和校园和谐稳定发展贡献力量的使命感                                        二          知法于心，育人于行           接着，党支部副书记汪卉老师带领全体党员针对《中华人民共和国学前教育法》的内容和意义进行了专题党课学习。学习中书记围绕“为学前教育高质量发展提供有力法治保障；不忘初心、守正创新，面向未来办好学前教育；坚持公益普惠暖民心，维护儿童权益促发展”等向党员们进行讲解与解读，明确了该法的内容，分析了该法的意义。                             三          复盘全年，展望未来           最后，在2024年即将过去之际，党支部组织全体党员共同回顾了一年来的工作和成长。对标本年度既定的工作目标以及详细的重点任务清单，开启了一场全面且深入的复盘行动。         回顾2024                     认真审视和分析全年各项任务情况，做好总结成绩、查摆问题、研究对策、谋划发展。同时围绕“凝心聚力，推进学校教育高质量发展”议题，广泛征集各方面、各层次意见建议，结合实际工作，积极谋划明年幼儿园党建工作布局、特色亮点，全力以赴打好年底收官战。
